Notice of Goods Moving to Licence on Demand
NOTICE is hereby given that the following goods tendered in Global Import Licence Tender Rounds 19 and 30, and described in the Schedule hereto are designated as moving to Licence On Demand on 1 July 1986. Application for licences to import the designated goods for the import licensing period from 1 July 1986 to 30 June 1987 may be made to Collectors of Customs on and after Thursday 1 May 1986.
This list is being gazetted because of the large number of item involved and the interest expected from importers. It is likely that further goods will move to Licence on Demand by 1 July 1986, following consultation with domestic industry. Details of these goods plus any others resulting from the global tendering will be advised through the normal Schedule amendment service.
