The Overseas Investment Exemption Notice 1986, No. 1

PURSUANT to the Overseas Investment Regulations 1985, the Overseas Investment Commission gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Overseas Investment Exemption Notice 1986, No. 1.

(2) This notice shall come into force at 10 a.m. on the 12th day of March 1986.

  1. Interpretation—(1) In this notice unless the context otherwise requires,

“the regulations” means the Overseas Investment Regulations 1985.

(2) Terms or expressions used in this notice shall have the same meaning as they have in the regulations.

  1. Certain persons exempt from being classified as overseas persons as defined in the Overseas Investment Regulations 1985—(1) This clause applies to any company which is an overseas person but which would not be an overseas person if Goodman Group Limited were not an overseas person.

(2) Every person to whom this clause applies is hereby exempted from the requirements of Part II and Part III of the regulations.

Declaration that State Forest Land Ceases to be Part of Coromandel State Forest Park—Auckland Conservancy

At Wellington this 10th day of March 1986

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 63B(2) of the Forests Act 1949, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the area of State forest land described in the Schedule hereto, having been set apart as part of the Coromandel State Forest Park by a Proclamation dated the 5th day of August 1977 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, of 11 August 1977, page 2186, hereby ceases to be part of Coromandel State Forest Park, as from the date of publications hereof.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—THAMES—COROMANDEL DISTRICT

2.3787 hectares, more or less, being Lots 1 and 2, D.P. § 37311 and being also parts Te Karo No. 1 Block and parts Closed Road, situated in Blocks VI and IX, Whitianga Survey District.
