NOTICE is hereby given that in accordance with the provisions of section 335A of the Companies Act 1955, I propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Gisborne for a declaration of dissolution of the company.

Unless written objection is made to the Registrar within 30 days of the date this notice was posted the Registrar may dissolve the company.

NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to section 335A (3) of the Companies Act 1955, that I, Keith John German, secretary of Stott Datagraphics (NZ) Ltd, propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland for a declaration of dissolution of the company by reason of the fact that the company has ceased to operate and has discharged all the debts and liabilities.

Unless written objection is made to the Registrar within 30 days from the date of the last publication or posting of this notice the Registrar may dissolve the company.

NOTICE is hereby given that by duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company on the 5th day of February 1986, the following extraordinary resolution was passed by the company, namely:

“That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up, and that accordingly the company be wound up voluntarily.”

NOTICE OF CALLING MEETING OF MEMBERS AND CREDITORS

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of PACIFIC PRINT FINISHERS LTD. (in liquidation and receivership).

NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to section 362 (8) of the Companies Act 1955, that meetings of the members and creditors of the above-named company will be held at the office of R. Merlo, Second Floor, Norfolk House, 18 High Street, Auckland at 4 p.m. on Monday the 3rd day of March 1986 for the purposes of confirming the members resolution passed on the 17th day of February 1986 for the voluntary winding up of the company, the appointment of R. Merlo as liquidator, the appointment if thought appropriate of a committee of inspection and to discuss the liquidation.

Every member or creditor entitled to attend and vote at the meetings is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not also be a member or creditor respectively.

Proxies to be used at the meetings must be lodged at the offices of R. Merlo, Second Floor, Norfolk House, 18 High Street, Auckland not later than 4 p.m. on the 28th day of February 1986.
