PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the transmission of electricity (substation) and shall vest in the Crown on the 6th day of March 1986 and pursuant to section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block III, Beaumont Survey District, Tuapeka County Council

PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974 and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Deputy Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been transferred to the Crown by the Tuapeka County Council pursuant to the said section 323 and on the publication of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Declaration that Land is a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the One Tree Hill Borough Council on 22 October 1985: “That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the One Tree Hill Borough Council hereby resolves that the pieces of land held by the said Council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby, declared to be recreation reserves within the meaning of the said Act.”
