Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block XIV, Omapiere Survey District, Bay of Islands County

PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Bay of Islands County Council pursuant to the said section 323 and on the publication of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

Classification of Reserve and Vesting in the Southland County Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve, for the purposes specified in section 19 (1) (a) of the Reserves Act 1977, and vests the said reserve in the Southland County Council in trust for that purpose.
