The Standards Act 1965—Standard Specifications Revoked

PURSUANT to section 23 of the Standards Act 1965, the Standards Council, on 20 December 1985 revoked the under-mentioned standard specifications.

NZS 284:1950 The dimensions and workmanship of asbestos cement spigot and socket rainwater pipes, gutters, spoutings and fittings. (Obsolete)

NZS 499:1968 (BS 506:1966) Methanol. (The British Standard has been endorsed)

NZS 1912:1965 Precast flue blocks for interior use with slow-combustion stoves. (Obsolete)

NZS 2176:---- (BS 3406 ----) Methods for the determination of particle size of powders—
Part 1:1967 (BS 3406:Part 1:1961) Sub-division of gross sample down to 0.2 ml.

PURSUANT to the provisions of the Standards Act 1965, the Standards Council, on 20 December 1985, revoked the under-mentioned standard recommendation.
