PURSUANT to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Most Reverend Sir Paul Alfred Reeves, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Pureora State Forest Park.

CHIEF OF NAVAL STAFF
Rear Admiral Cedric John Steward, C.B., is placed on the Retired List of the RNZN with effect from 1 February 1986.
Commodore L. J. Temporo to be acting Rear Admiral with effect from 29 January 1986, Rear Admiral with seniority and effect from 1 February 1986 and is appointed Chief of Naval Staff for a period of 3 years.
Captain S. F. Teagle to be acting Commodore with effect from 28 January 1986 and Commodore with seniority and effect from 29 January 1986.
Commander M. R. Pate, O.B.E., is appointed Provost Marshal of the Royal New Zealand Navy with effect from 27 January 1986, vice Commander D. W. Palmer.
The appointment of Lieutenant Commander Allan Graham Clarke, B.SC., N.Z.C.S.(STAT.), is terminated with effect from 17 January 1986.
The appointment of Chaplain M. C. Morgan is extended to 27 April 1996.
Lieutenant Commander Brian Morris Gordon is placed on the Retired List of the RNZN with effect from 6 January 1986.
Lieutenant V. J. Dare, M.SC., DIP.TCHG., to be Lieutenant Commander with seniority and effect from 1 January 1986.
Lieutenant John Noel Grant is transferred to the Royal New Zealand Air Force with effect from 14 January 1986.
The appointment of Lieutenant Ross Alexander Goodricke Robertson is terminated with effect from 7 February 1986.
