In the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, 30 January 1986, No. 11, page 321 signed by J. S. R. Woodhouse, in the statement of assets and liabilities of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand as at the close of business on Wednesday for “15 January 1986” read “22 January 1986”.

CORRIGENDUM
Reappointment of Planning Judge of the Planning Tribunal

THE following notice replaces the note published in the New Zealand Gazette, 9 January 1986, No. 1, page 2 with the heading: Reappointment of Chairman of the No. 4 Division of the Planning Tribunal:

Pursuant to section 131 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1977 as substituted by section 17 of the Town and Country Planning Amendment Act 1983, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to reappoint

David Fergus George Sheppard, District Court Judge

to be a Planning Judge of the Planning Tribunal for a further term of 5 years on and from 30 January 1986.

In the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, 5 February 1986, No. 15, page 410 in the body of the document for “revokes the reservation as a recreation over the land” read “revokes the reservation as a recreation reserve over the land”.
