as shown on plan 6/300/7/2634/6, lodged in the office of the
Manager, Christchurch Residency, Ministry of Works and
Development, 29 Latimer Square, Christchurch, on the land
described in the Schedule hereto. This prohibition is considered
necessary for the safe and efficient functioning and operation of
RNZAF Base, Wigram, by ensuring a clear flight path for arriving
and departing aircraft.

A copy of plan 6/300/7/2634/6 may be inspected at the office of
the Manager, Christchurch Residency, Ministry of Works and
Development, 29 Latimer Square, Christchurch, between the hours
of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. on any day when Government offices are open
to the public.

PURSUANT to section 2 of the Securities Transfer Act 1977, the Minister of Finance hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Securities Transfer (Authorised Public Securities Dealers) Notice (No. 4) 1986.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the Gazette.
Authorised public securities dealers—The persons named in the Schedule to this notice are hereby approved as public securities dealers for the purposes of the Securities Transfer Act 1977.
Revocation—The Securities Transfer (Authorised Public Securities Dealers) Notice (No. 3) 1986* is hereby revoked.
