Leasehold Estate in Land Acquired for the Generation of
Electricity and in Connection With a Road in Block III, Lower
Hawea Survey District, Vincent County

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect
having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described
in the First Schedule hereto held by Allan Noel Gray of Hawea
Flat, farmer, from Her Majesty the Queen by virtue of lease in
perpetuity No. 325 recorded in register book No. 6C/445 is hereby
acquired for the generation of electricity and vested in the Crown
on the 18th day of December 1986 and declares the leasehold estate
in the land described in the Second Schedule hereto held by Allan
Noel Gray of Hawea, farmer, from Her Majesty the Queen by virtue
of lease in perpetuity No. 325 recorded in register book No. 6C/445
is hereby acquired in connection with a road and vested in the
Crown on the 18th day of December 1986.

A Water Supply Easement Acquired Over Land for Hospital
Purposes in Block VI, Puniu Survey District, Waipa County

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect
having been entered into, the water supply easement described in
the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for hospital purposes
over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto and further
declares that the said easement shall vest in the Waikato Hospital
Board on the 18th day of December 1986.

Purposes Incidental to Coal Mining Operations Under Part IV of
the Coal Mines Act 1979, in the Borough of Huntly

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect
having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby acquired, subject as to the land described, to the fencing
covenants contained in transfers 56339 and S. 578075, and, as to
the land secondly described, to the mining rights contained in transfer
60798 and the fencing covenants contained in transfers 60798 and
S. 578075, South Auckland Land Registry, for purposes incidental
to coal mining operations under Part IV of the Coal Mines Act
1979 and shall vest in the Crown on the 18th day of December
1986.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect
having been entered into, an interest in land described in the
Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Dickson
Stewart Jardine and Andrew Glendining Jardine, both of
Queenstown, farmers, as tenants in common in equal shares, under
and by virtue of deferred payment licence No. DPF 1591 recorded
in certificate of title No. 10C/113, is hereby acquired for the
generation of electricity and shall vest in the Crown on the 18th
day of December 1986.
