The Traffic (Otorohanga County) Notice 1977†, dated the 27th day
of September 1977†, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport
Act 1962, and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976 is
revoked.

FIRST SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Otorohanga District at Otorohanga:

All that area with the exception of Huiputea Drive bounded by
a line commencing at a point on the eastern side of Ouruwhero
Road, 240 metres measured northerly, along the said road
from Mountain View Road; thence north-easterly, generally, by a
right line to the northern end of Long View Crescent; thence due
east by a right line to the eastern side of the North Island Main
Trunk Railway Line; thence south-westerly, generally, along the
eastern side of the said railway line to the northern side of the No. 3
State Highway (Hamilton–Woodville via New Plymouth); thence
easterly, generally, along the northern side of the said State highway
to the eastern side of Harpers Avenue; thence north-easterly, generally,
by a right line to the northern end of Thomson Avenue; thence
south-easterly, generally, along the north-eastern side of Thomson
Avenue to the northern side of Gruden Avenue; thence easterly,
generally, along the northern side of Gruden Avenue to the eastern
end of Gruden Avenue; thence easterly, generally, by a right line to
a point on the north-western side of the No. 3 State Highway
(Hamilton–Woodville via New Plymouth) 150 metres measured
north-easterly, generally, along the said State highway from Thom-
son Avenue; thence across the said State highway at right angles
from its north-western side to its south-eastern side; thence south-
erly, generally, by a right line to a point on the eastern side of
Rangiataea Road 640 metres measured south-easterly, generally, along
Rangiataea Road from Karaka Road; thence due west by a right line
across Rangiataea Road to the eastern bank of the Waipa River;
thence westerly and northerly, generally, along the said bank of the
Waipa River to a point due west of the commencing point; thence
due east by a right line to the commencing point.

No. 3 State Highway (Hamilton–Woodville via New Plymouth):
from the northern end of the bridge over the Waipa River to a
point 180 metres measured south-westerly, generally, along the said
State highway from Otewa Road.

SECOND SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Otorohanga District at Otorohanga:

No. 3 State Highway (Hamilton–Woodville via New Plymouth):
from a point 150 metres measured north-easterly, generally, along
the said State highway from Thomson Avenue to a point 160 metres
measured south-easterly, generally, along the said State highway from
Blucks Road.

Glenview Avenue.

Old Te Kuiti Road: from Otewa Road to a point 640 metres
measured southerly, generally, along Old Te Kuiti Road from Otewa
Road.

Otewa Road: from No. 3 State Highway (Hamilton–Woodville
via New Plymouth) to a point 1120 metres measured easterly,
generally, along the said road from the said State highway.

The Traffic (Tauranga City and Tauranga County) Notice No. 1,
1986

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, a delegation from the Minister
of Transport, and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport,
I, Carne Maurice Clissold, Chief Traffic Engineer, give the following
notice:

NOTICE

THIS notice may be cited as the Traffic (Tauranga City and Tau-
ranga County) Notice No. 1, 1986.

The roads specified in the First Schedule are excluded from the
limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act
1962.

The roads specified in the Second Schedule are declared to be 70
kilometres an hour speed limit areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2)
of the Traffic Regulations 1976.

The Traffic (Tauranga City and Tauranga County) Notice No. 1,
1984, signed the 5th day of December 1984†, issued pursuant to
section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 21 (2) of the
Traffic Regulations 1976 is revoked.

FIRST SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Tauranga City:

No. 2 State Highway (Pokeno–Wellington via Gisborne): from
the northern end of the Hairini Bridge to a point 100 metres mea-
sured north-westerly, generally, along the said State highway from
the southern confluence of the said State highway with the No. 29
State Highway (Tauranga–Piarere); and from the north-eastern
boundary of Tauranga City on the Maungatapu Peninsula to a point
180 metres measured south-westerly, generally, along the said State
highway from the said boundary; and from the western boundary
of Tauranga City to a point 200 metres measured westerly, generally,
along the said State highway from Jonathan Street.

No. 29 State Highway (Tauranga–Piarere): from the southern
boundary of Tauranga City to a point 160 metres measured south-
westerly, generally, along the said State highway from Welcome Bay
Road.

Cambridge Road: from a point 380 metres measured south-west-
erly, generally, along Cambridge Road from Townhead Crescent to
the south-western boundary of Tauranga City.

Cameron Road: from the southern boundary of Tauranga City
to Oban Road.

Kaitemako Road.

Ohauiti Road: from Welcome Bay Road to a point 120 metres
measured north-easterly, generally, along the said road from Har-
isfield Drive.

Oropi Road: from a point 160 metres measured south-westerly,
generally, along the said road from Chadwick Road to No. 29 State
Highway (Tauranga–Piarere).

Poike Road: from No. 29 State Highway (Tauranga–Piarere) to
Ohauiti Road.

Ranganiui Road.

Waitaha Road.

Welcome Bay Road: from the No. 29 State Highway (Tauranga–
Piarere) to a point 60 metres measured westerly, generally, along
Welcome Bay Road from Waitaha Road and from the Waioraka
Stream Bridge to the eastern boundary of Tauranga City.

SECOND SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Tauranga City:
