Cancellation of Maori Reservation

WHEREAS by notice dated 27 September 1984 published in the New Zealand Gazette, 4 October 1984, No. 178, page 4153, the land described in the Schedule hereto was set apart as a Maori reservation for the purposes set out in the said Schedule, such reservation to be for the common use and benefit of the members of the Ngapaparangi hapu of the Waimaruarua Tribe: now, therefore pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, notice is hereby given as follows:

NOTICE

The reservation constituted by notice dated 27 September 1984 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 4 October 1984, No. 178, page 4153, relating to the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby cancelled.

WHEREAS by notice dated 8 June 1950 published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 38, page 753, the land described in the First Schedule hereto was set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a marae and meeting place for the common use and benefit of the Ngatikura Tribe

And whereas by notice dated 30 May 1985 published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 101, page 2379, the land described in the Second Schedule hereto was included in the reservation:

Now therefore pursuant to section 439 (5) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 it is hereby declared that the land described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby included in the aforesaid Maori reservation
