Authorising the Nelson Harbour Board to Reclaim Nelson Harbour Board Endowment and Other Private Lands From the Waimea Inlet

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 175 (3) and subject to section 178 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Nelson Harbour Board to reclaim an area of 5156 square metres of the seabed of Waimea Inlet, as shown on plan M.D. 16290 (S.O. 13549), deposited in the office of the Secretary for Transport at Wellington, and as more particularly described in the Schedule below.

SCHEDULE

ALL that land situated in the Waimea Survey District of the Nelson Land District containing 5156 square metres, more or less, being part Lot 1, D.P. 5478, certificate of title 134/10, part certificate of title 56/193, and part Nelson Harbour Board Endowment being part of the seabed of Waimea Inlet, and more particularly shown marked "A", "B" and "C" on plan M.D. 16290 (S.O. 13549) deposited in the office of the Secretary for Transport at Wellington.
