Notice Declaring Ragwort (Senecio Jacobaea) a Class B Noxious Plant (No. 3932: Ag. 12/10/18/6)

  1. Pursuant to section 19 of the Noxious Plants Act 1978, the Noxious Plants Council hereby declares ragwort (Senecio jacobaea) to be a Class B noxious plant in that part of New Zealand lying within the boundaries of North Shore District Noxious Plants Authority.

  2. This notice shall come into effect on the day after the date of notification in the Gazette.

Dated at Wellington this 6th day of November 1986.

Notice Declaring Australian Sedge (Carex Longebrachiata) a Class B Noxious Plant (No. 3933: Ag. 12/10/18/6)

  1. Pursuant to section 19 of the Noxious Plants Act 1978, the Noxious Plants Council hereby declares Australian sedge (Carex longebrachiata) to be a Class B noxious plant in that part of New Zealand lying within the boundaries of North Shore District Noxious Plants Authority.

  2. This notice shall come into effect on the day after the date of notification in the Gazette.
