PLASTICS INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT PLAN EIGHTH ALLOCATION

Tenders under the Plastic Industry Development Plan should note that this is the second round of the three annual licensing phase out rounds for the bulk of goods produced by the plastics industry. The new rules of tendering as set out in new Guide Notes dated 6 November 1986 apply to this tender. Tenderers should note that new tariff rates recently announced by the Government become effective from 1 January 1987.
