FOOTWEAR INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT PLAN
LEATHERS AND COMPONENTRY

Tenderers under the Footwear Industry Development Plan should note that this is the first six-monthly tender round under the Footwear Industry Development Plan for leather and componentry. They should also be aware that Government has recently announced new (lower) tariff rates which will become effective from 1 January 1987.

The rules of tendering as set out in Guide to Global Import Licence Tendering dated November 1986 apply to this tender. Licences will be valid from 1 January 1987 to 31 December 1987.
