The Public Finance Act 1976. Notice of Guarantee
PURSUANT to subsection (1A) of section 86 of the Public Finance
Act 1976, I, Roger Owen Douglas, Minister of Finance, give the
following notice.
On 10 September 1986 I, acting on behalf of the Crown, gave
a guarantee to the Reserve Bank of New Zealand in respect
of the existing and future overdraft facilities of the Tobacco
Industry Account at the Reserve Bank until the termination
of those facilities on 30 September 1989. The guarantee
of the overdraft facilities is not to exceed $10 million.

Notice of Approval of the Electrical Code of Practice for Shelter-belt Trees Close to Overhead Electric Lines 1986
PURSUANT to section 24C of the Electricity Act 1968, I, Robert
James Tizard, Minister of Energy give notice that on the 21st day
of October 1986, I approved the Electrical Code of Practice for
Shelter-belt Trees Close to Overhead Electric Lines 1986 issued by
the Secretary of Energy on the 26th day of March 1986 and amended
by agreement after the consultations required by the Electricity Act
1968.
The Electrical Code of Practice for Shelter-belt Trees Close to
Overhead Electric Lines 1986 shall come into force on the 10th day
of November 1986.
Copies of the Electrical Code of Practice for Shelter-belt Trees
Close to Overhead Electric Lines 1986 may be obtained from all
electrical supply authorities and the Electricity Industry Directorate
of the Ministry of Energy, Wellington.
