CORRIGENDUM

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Blocks IV and VIII Hohonu Survey District, Grey County

In the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, 31 July 1986, No. 118, page 3189, for “for addition to the Arnold River Scenic Reserve pursuant to the said section 323 and on publication of this notice, the said land shall be deemed to be scenic reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977” read “pursuant to the said section 323 and on the publication of this notice shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948”.

Adding Land to Mount Aspiring National Park

At Wellington this 20th day of October 1986

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

Pursuant to section 7 of the National Parks Act 1980, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, as from the 14th day after the date of the publication of this Order in Council in the Gazette, be national park subject to the National Parks Act 1980 and shall be added to and form part of the Mount Aspiring National Park.

The Levin Airport Authority Consent Order 1986

ORDER IN COUNCIL

At Wellington this 20th day of October 1986

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

Pursuant to the Airport Authorities Act 1966, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

This order may be cited as the Levin Airport Authority Establishment Order 1986 and revokes the Levin Airport Establishment Order 1985 (New Zealand Gazette, 1985, No. 132, page 3046).
Consent is hereby given to the Levin Borough Council to establish, maintain, operate and manage an airport and to acquire land for such purpose within the Horowhenua County on the following condition:

The Airport that will be established shall be classified as a public aerodrome under regulation 184 (1) (a) of the Civil Aviation Regulations 1953.
