CERTIFICATE OF CONFIRMATION
PURSUANT to the Bylaws Act 1910, I hereby confirm that the above written bylaw and declare that the same came into force on 6 February 1986.

Proposed Release of Deposit
JARDINE GLANVILL INSURANCE BROKERS B.O.P. LTD. ("the company") has given notice to the Public Trustee that it has ceased to carry on the class of insurance business in New Zealand designated at Class 4 in the First Schedule of the Insurance Companies’ Deposits Act 1953 ("the Act") and that pursuant to section 19 of the Act proposes to withdraw the deposit which it has made with the Public Trustee.
The Public Trustee therefore gives notice pursuant to section 19 (3) of the Act that on being satisfied that all liabilities of the company in New Zealand in respect of such insurance business have been fully liquidated or provided for, he proposes to release the deposit to the company on or after 17 March 1986.
Any objections to the release of the deposit should be lodged with the Public Trustee, Lambton Quay, Wellington, on or before 10 March 1986.

COMMERCIAL UNION ASSURANCE COMPANY LTD., Insurance Office of Australia Ltd., North British and Mercantile Insurance Company Ltd., Northern Assurance Company Ltd., Ocean Accident and Guarantee Corporation Ltd. and Union Assurance Society Ltd. ("the companies") have given notice to the Public Trustee that they have ceased to carry on the class of insurance business in New Zealand designated as Class 3 in the First Schedule of the Insurance Companies’ Deposits Act 1953 ("the Act") and that pursuant to section 19 of the Act propose to withdraw the deposits which they have made with the Public Trustee.
The Public Trustee therefore gives notice pursuant to section 19 (3) of the Act that on being satisfied that all liabilities of the companies in New Zealand in respect of such insurance business have been fully liquidated or provided for, he proposes to release the deposits to the companies on or after 30 April 1986.
Any objections to the release of the deposits should be lodged with the Public Trustee, Lambton Quay, Wellington, on or before 23 April 1986.
