Import Licence Tenders: Withdrawals of Tenders from Round 40

Pursuant to the Import Control Regulations 1973, the following tenders which appeared in New Zealand Gazette, No. 146, of 19 September 1986, page 3989, are hereby withdrawn: Tender No. 5173, 5174 and 5175. These tenders called under the Carpet Industry Development Plan are withdrawn to allow the recalculation of the number of units offered subsequent to the receipt of requests for continuity licences deriving from tenders in Round 28.

Tenders under the Carpet Industry Development Plan will be readvertised shortly.
