Sale of Northland Harbour Board Land
I, Richard William Prebble, Minister of Transport, having obtained the concurrence of the Minister of Finance pursuant to section 143A (3) of the Harbours Act 1950, hereby approve pursuant to section 143A (1) (a) and section 143C (1) (b) (i) of the Act the sale of land referred to in the Schedule to this notice by the Northland Harbour Board, and I specify that my approval is effective from the date of this notice.
SCHEDULE
ALL that parcel of land containing 3 roods, 21.4 perches, more or less, being Lot 5 as shown on plan M.D. 16417 deposited in the office of the Secretary for Transport at Wellington and comprising part of the land described in certificate of title, Volume 18C, folio 214 (North Auckland Registry).

Sale of Taranaki Harbours Board Land
I, Richard William Prebble, Minister of Transport, having obtained the concurrence of the Minister of Finance pursuant to section 143A (3) of the Harbours Act 1950, hereby approve pursuant to section 143A (1) (a) and section 143C (1) (b) (i) of the Act the sale of land referred to in the Schedule to this notice by the Taranaki Harbours Board, and I specify that my approval is effective from the date of this notice.

ALL that parcel of land containing 3951 square metres, more or less, situated in the City of New Plymouth, being Lot 5 on Deposited Plan 2609, Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 and 7 and part marked “Right of Way” on Deposited Plan 3260 and Lots 1 and 2 on Deposited Plan 5594, being part of Section 2326 and part Harbour Reserve A, Town of New Plymouth, and being all of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume H1, folio 662 (Taranaki Registry), subject to:
(a) Order in Council No. 274 exempting Saint Aubyn Street from the provisions of section 117 of the Public Works Act 1908; and
(b) Leases 192192, 250455.1 and 250455.2.

Notice of Receipt of Application for an International Air Service Licence
PURSUANT to section 7 of the International Air Service Licensing Act 1947, notice is hereby given that Cathay Pacific Airways Ltd., of Hong Kong, has applied for an international air service licence to operate a scheduled air service for the carriage of passengers, cargo and mail between Hong Kong and New Zealand. Further details of the proposal may be obtained from the Secretary for Transport, Ministry of Transport, Private Bag, Wellington.
Any person or organisation wishing to make representations relating to this application must forward those representations in writing to reach me on or before 20 November 1986.

Confiscation of Motor Vehicle
PURSUANT to section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985, notice is hereby given that Whetu Hemi Karaynidis of 59 Rotokawa Street, Taupo, formerly of 4A Meads Place, Marton, unemployed, was convicted of burglary in the District Court at Marton on the 25th day of September 1986. An order for confiscation of a motor vehicle, namely a 1964 Cortina motorcar, registration No. CD 8868, was made.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Wellington Licensing Committee
PURSUANT to section 221A (14) of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (1) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, David Oughton, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Wellington Licensing Committee on 25 June 1986 made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Angus Inn.
To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday (not being Christchurch Eve or New Year’s Eve)—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.
