NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the
above-named company by the High Court was, on the 12th day of
September 1986, presented to the said Court by STAFFORD
PROPERTIES (1982) LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having
its registered office at Rakahauka House, 36 Don Street, Invercargill;
and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court
sitting at Dunedin on the 23rd day of October 1986 at 10 o’clock
in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said
company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on
the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by
his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be
furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the
said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge
for the same.

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for orders that ROBERT
WILLIAM WILSON of Christchurch, company director cause to be
prepared accounts in respect of the company, that the company
permit the petitioners to inspect the minute book of the company, that
the said ROBERT WILLIAM WILSON of Christchurch, company director
and LYNETTE VIVIENNE WILSON, his wife, pay to advertisers the
amounts paid to the company in advance for advertising proposed
to appear in Interests Business Week, that the said ROBERT
WILLIAM WILSON and LYNETTE VIVIENNE WILSON purchase the
shares held by the petitioners in the company, that the said ROBERT
WILLIAM WILSON and LYNETTE VIVIENNE WILSON pay to the
petitioners their costs and disbursements including solicitors/client
costs relating to the petition or for such other order as shall be just
was presented to the High Court on the 18th day of August 1986
by HUGO CHARLES KEARNEY, THOMAS PETER DUGGAN and HELEN
SHIRLEY DUGGAN, company directors and PETER HENDRIK VAN
NIEUWKOOP, company representative, all of Christchurch; and that
the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at
Christchurch on the 22nd day of October 1986 at 10 o’clock in the
