(b) All that area in the Waitemata City lying to the south and west of a line commencing from the western coastline at the mouth of the Waitakere River and generally following easterly along Bethells Road up the Waitakere River Valley to Waiutakere; thence along the southern side of the Waitakere and Swanson Roads to the intersection of O’Neills Road; thence generally south along O’Neills Road and easterly along Pooks Road to Candra Road, then generally southwards along Candra Road to Henderson Valley Road, then generally westerly and south by West Coast Road and Shaw Road and Shaw Road to the scenic drive to Titirangi; thence southwards along the South Titirangi Road to Perkins Bay.

(c) All that area in the Franklin County and Manukau City lying to the south, east, and north of a line commencing at Kawakawa Bay in the Hauraki Gulf and proceeding generally westerly, southerly and easterly along Kawakawa Road to Clevedon, along Monument Road, Skyhigh Road, White Road, Hunua Road, Paparimu Road and Lyons Road, along No. 2 State Highway to its intersection with Mangatangi Road, along Mangatangi Road to its intersection with Kaiaua Road, along Kaiaua Road to its intersection with the Hauarahi Stream, and then to its mouth.

(d) All that area in the Thames Coromandel District lying generally north of a line commencing at the mouth of the Ahirau Stream in Big Bay (Colville Bay) and proceeding generally north-east along the road between Big Bay and the Waikawau to Port Charles Road thence south-easterly along Waikawau-Port Charles Road until its intersection with the Waikanae Stream and thence to the Waikanae Stream mouth and Waikawau Bay.

(e) All that land in Taranaki Land District, lying within 7 kilometres of the boundary of Mount Egmont National Park.

(f) All outlying islands and Dependencies of New Zealand except Kaikoura Island and D’Urville Island.

Notice of Order for Confiscation of a Motor Vehicle

TAKE notice that on 25 June 1986, Simon Lawrence Charles Penny (hereinafter called the defendant) was convicted in the District Court at Wellington of two charges of driving with an excess breath alcohol concentration. As a result the defendant was sentenced to periodic detention for a period of 7 months and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor drivers licence until it is restored under section 30A of the Transport Act by the Secretary for Transport.

In addition pursuant to section 84 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 it is ordered that a Valiant motor car registration No. CV5027 be confiscated.

Notice of Order for Confiscation of a Motor Vehicle

TAKE notice that on 29 May 1986, Robert Thomas Plunkett (hereinafter called the defendant) was convicted in the District Court at Wellington of two charges of driving with an excess blood alcohol concentration. As a result the defendant was sentenced to periodic detention for a period of 6 months and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor drivers licence for a period of 1 year from 29 May 1986.

In addition pursuant to section 84 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 it is ordered that a Toyota stationwagon registration No. FZ1970 be confiscated.

Import Licence Tendering: Round 40 Call for Tenders—Amendment Notice

PURSUANT to the Import Control Regulations 1973, the following amendments have been made to tenders called for import licences published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 146, 19 September 1986, page 3989.

Tender number 5160 includes both item codes 69.036 and 69.039. A total of 286 licence units is available for this tender. The tender number 5161 should be deleted.

The description of goods in tender numbers 5174 and 5175 is for carpet exceeding and not exceeding 4 square metres. The reference to “4m” is incorrect.

Tenderers who may have already lodged bids for any of the above tenders should withdraw those bids by writing to the Registrar of Tenders, P.O. Box 3146, Wellington and by submitting substitute bids before 13 October 1986 if they consider their bids need to be changed.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975

PURSUANT to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education and the proprietor of the following school:

St Leo’s School, Devonport.

The said supplementary integration agreement came into effect on 12 September 1986. Copies of the supplementary integration agreement are available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the Department of Education, Head Office, National Mutual Building, Featherston Street, Wellington, and at regional offices.
