In the notice with the above heading dated 29 July 1986, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 7 August 1986, No. 123, at page 3320, for the reference to S.O. Plan 59559 following the description of the first item in the Schedule, read “S.O. Plan 59562”, which plan number appears in the original notice signed for the Minister of Works and Development.

In the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, 11 September 1986, No. 141, at page 3830, the “volume” for Northern Pulp Ltd. should read “200,000”. Also the “type” for Thames Sawmilling Co. Ltd. should read “pruned sawlogs”.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, The Most Reverend Sir Paul Alfred Reeves, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Canterbury Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

SCHEDULE
WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT—GREY COUNTY

1129 square metres, more or less, being Lot 2, D.P. 2399, situated in Block XI, Arnold Survey District. All certificate of title 5B/1288.
