of ALLIED HYDRAULICS LIMITED, a duly incorporated company
having its registered office at 181 Blenheim Road, Christchurch
and carrying on business as a manufacturer of hydraulic and
engineering equipment:

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the
above-named company by the High Court was, on the 2nd day of
September 1986, presented to the said Court by WESTPAC BANKING
CORPORATION; and that the said petition is directed to be heard
before the Court sitting at Christchurch on the 1st day of October
1986 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory
of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of
an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in
person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition
will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory
of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated
charge for the same.

IN THE MATTER of the Public Works Act 1981, and IN THE MATTER
of the Local Government Act 1974:

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

NOTICE is hereby given that the Wellington Regional Council duly
constituted under the provisions of the Local Government Act 1974
and being a local authority within the meaning of the Public Works
Act 1981 proposes under the provisions of the above Act to execute
a public work namely soil conservation and rivers control and for
the purposes of such public work and land described in the Schedule
hereto is required to be taken for soil conservation and rivers control
purposes.

And notice is hereby further given that the land so required to
be taken is shown on a plan lodged in the offices of the Chief
Surveyor, Lands and Survey Department, Wellington, and there
numbered Survey Office Plan No. 34587, a copy whereof is exhibited
at the offices of the council at 203–209 Willis Street, Wellington
and there is available for inspection by all persons without fee during
ordinary office hours. All persons who are affected by the execution
of the said public work or by the taking of the said land and who
have any objection to the execution of the said public work or to
the taking of the said land should state their objections in writing
and send the same within 40 days from the first publication of this
notice to the Secretary of the Planning Tribunal, care of Tribunals
Division, Private Bag, Postal Centre, Wellington. If any objection
is received, a public hearing of such objection will, unless the objector
otherwise requires, be held and each objector will be advised of the
time, date and place thereof.

SCHEDULE

ALL that parcel of land situated in the city of Lower Hutt contained
in deeds index 3/16 in the names of Christopher Heath of 36
Cavendish Square in the County of Middlesex, England, surgeon
and William Audry Peck of 9 Old Square, Lincoln’s Inn in the same
county, barrister at law, as trustees of the Heath Estate described
as follows: 6106 square metres, being parts Section 9, Hutt District
and also parts of the bed of Okutu Stream situate in Block XIV,
Belmont Survey District and being the land shown marked “A”,
“B”, “C” and “D” on Survey Office Plan 34587.
