Land Acquired, Subject to a Fencing Covenant, for a Residence Established under the Children and Young Persons Act 1974 in the Borough of One Tree Hill

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired, subject to the covenant respecting fencing contained in transfer No. 92809, for a residence established under the Children and Young Persons Act 1974 and shall vest in the Crown on the 18th day of September 1986.

Amendment of Notice setting apart State Forest Land as a Dedicated Area—Rata-Nunui Ecological Area—Southland Conservancy

Pursuant to section 21 of the Forests Act 1949 (as amended by the Forests Amendment Act 1970), the notice declaring that State forest land is set apart as a dedicated area issued on the 31st day of January 1986 and appearing in the New Zealand Gazette, 1986, page 1123, is amended by omitting the heading thereto and substituting the heading hereto.

“State Forest Land Set Apart as a Dedicated Area—Rata-Nunui Ecological Area—Auckland Conservancy.”

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block IX, Hokonui Survey District, Southland County

Pursuant to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Deputy Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been transferred to the Crown by the Southland County Council pursuant to the said section 323 and as from the date of this notice the land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Silverpeaks County

Revocation of a Notice Relating to a Reserve and Issue of Fresh Notice

Pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977 and by reason of an error made in the notice hereinafter described, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands, acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Lands, hereby revokes the notice changing the classification of Lot 21, D.P. 34069, dated 3 July 1986, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 24 July 1986, No. 112, page 3092 and hereby issues the following notice as a fresh notice in its place.

Classification of Part of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies that part of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, as a local purpose (Te Kohanga Reo Whanau) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
