Review pursuant to section 144 of the Transport Act 1962 of Taxicab Services being carried on in the City of Timaru for the purposes of ascertaining whether those services are adequate to meet the reasonable public demand and whether or not those services are being carried on in an efficient manner and whether or not the grant of additional licences would materially affect the economic stability of other holders of taxicab service licences.

  2. This notice shall come into effect on the day after its date of notification in the Gazette.
