Redefining the Class of Persons for Whose Use and Benefit a Maori Reservation is Made

PURSUANT to section 439 (5) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori Reservation described in the Schedule hereto, constituted by Order in Council dated the 20th day of May 1968 and published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 30, page 872 of 23 May 1968, is now made for the purpose of a meeting place for the common use and benefit of the Ngati Tamateatutahi-Kawiti people.
