Land Declared to be Road and Road Stopped in the Clutha County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in the Clutha County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and declares that:

(i) The areas marked ‘C’ and ‘H’ on S.O. Plan 18290 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title Volume 187, folio 59.

(ii) The area marked ‘Q’ on S.O. Plan 18292 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 5C/971.

(iii) The area marked ‘M’ on S.O. Plan 18290 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title Volume 78, folio 47.

(iv) The area marked ‘P’ on S.O. Plan 18290 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title Volume 77, folio 294.
