3634 THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE No. 134

Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped and Amalgamated and Land Taken and Vested in Blocks I and V, Kawhia South Survey District and Block II, Marokopa Survey District, Waitomo District.

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in the Waitomo District Council;

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the parts of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and declares that:

(i) The area first described in the Third Schedule hereto shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 33A/690, subject to section 8 of the Mining Act 1971, section 5 of the Coal Mines Act 1979, statutory land charge S. 664705 and mortgage H. 638509:2;

(ii) The areas second, fifth and sixthly described in the Third Schedule hereto shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 617/57, subject to lease H. 310129 and consent certificates H. 632502 and H. 635895;

(iii) The areas third and seventieth described in the Third Schedule hereto shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 889/51, subject to mortgage No. H 563517.2 and consent certificate H. 643371;

(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto to be taken, and vested in the Waitomo District Council.

Land Declared to be Road and Road Stopped in Block III, Rotorua Survey District, Tauranga County

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road which shall vest in The Tauranga County Council;

(b) Pursuant to section 116 declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped;

(c) Pursuant to section 117 declares that the said stopped road now known as Sections 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24, Block III, Rotorua Survey District, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 469, folio 264, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. H. 593960.2, South Auckland Land Registry.
