   Land Declared to be Road and Road Stopped and Amalgamated
   in Block VI, Otanake Survey District, Waitomo District

   PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
   of Works and Development:
   (a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the
       First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The
       Waitomo District Council:
   (b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the parts of road
       described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped,
       and declares that:
       (i) The area first described in the Third Schedule shall
           be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 23C/280,
           subject to section 36 (4) of the Counties Amendment Act
           1961, mortgage No. H. 178754.4. H. 200939.3 and consent
           certificate H. 638716:
       (ii) The areas second, third, fourth and fifthly described
            in the Third Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land
            in certificate of title 32A/63, subject to mortgage No.
            H. 622401.2 and consent certificate H. 635691:
       (iii) The areas sixth, seventh, eighth and ninthly described
            in the Third Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land
            in certificate of title 32A/739, subject to consent certificate
            H. 619881:
       (iv) The area tenth and eleventh described in the Third
            Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate
            of title 32A/740, subject to mortgage No. H. 611031.4 and
            compensation certificate H. 647457:
       (v) The areas twelfth and thirteenth described in the Third
            Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in
            certificate of title 1006/239, together with a right of way
            granted by transfer S. 4.7631 and subject to water rights
            created by Proclamation S. I3243, mortgage No. H. 059119,
            H. 200441. H. 482209 and consent certificate H. 630477:
       (vi) The area fourteenth described in the Third Schedule
            shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title
            622/13, subject to mortgage No. H. 230085.7, H. 230085.8
            and consent certificate H. 632500.
