Land Declared to be Road and Road Stopped and Amalgamated in Block IV, Otake Survey District and Block XVI, Orahiri Survey District, Waitomo District.

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in the Waitomo District Council;

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the parts of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and declares that:

(i) The area first described in the Third Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 245/136, subject to fencing covenant in transfer 53524;

(ii) The area secondly described in the Third Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 252/272, subject to fencing covenant in transfer 72922;

(iii) The area thirdly described in the Third Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 252/3, subject to fencing covenant in transfer 72922;

(iv) The area fourthly described in the Third Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 144/597, subject to section 206 of the Land Act 1948;

(v) The area fifthly described in the Third Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 144/398, subject to section 206 of the Land Act 1924, mortgage No. H. 367806.4 and consent certificate H. 643370;

(vi) The area sixthly described in the Third Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 908/113, subject to consent certificate H. 580352.
