Classification and Naming of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a Government Purpose (wildlife management) reserve, and further, declares that the said reserve shall hereinafter be known as the German Creek Wildlife Management Reserve.

Vesting a Reserve in the Silverpeaks County Council

Change of the Classification of Parts, Classification of Part, and Naming of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby changes the classification of that part of the reserve, described in the First Schedule hereto, from a Nature Reserve to a Scenic (19 (1) (a) ) Reserve, and further classifies the balance, as described in the Second Schedule hereto, as a Scenic (19 (1) (a) ) Reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act. Furthermore, the reserve shall hereafter be known as Marshall Bush Scenic Reserve.

Amendment to a Notice of Amendment to a Notice of Classification of Reserve

Pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Deputy Commissioner of Crown Lands acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Lands hereby amends an error in the notice amending a notice classifying a reserve dated 27 June 1986 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 10 July 1986, No. 106, page 2908, by omitting from the said notice “page 229” within the Schedule and inserting in its place “page 2229”.
