Land Acquired for a State Primary School in the County of Wanganui

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired, together with the rights to convey water created by Order of Court No. 787396 and transfer No. 809520, and together, as to the land firstly described, with the water and pipeline rights created by transfer No. 142453, and subject, as to the land fourthly described, to the building line restriction in notice No. 551483, for a State primary school and vested in the Crown on the 14th day of August 1986.

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Blocks X and IX, Ikitaro Survey District, Wanganui County

Pursuant to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been transferred to the Crown by the Wanganui County Council pursuant to the said section 323 and as from the date of this notice the land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
