Land Acquired for Road and the Generation of Electricity in the Borough of Cromwell

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and vested in the Crown on the 14th day of August 1986 and shall, pursuant to section 11(1A) of the National Roads Act 1953 form part of State Highway No. 8, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the generation of electricity and shall vest in the Crown on the 14th day of August 1986.
