Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve, Specifying That the Land Shall Vest in the Dunedin City Council in Fee Simple and Specifying the Manner of Disposal

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a public utility reserve over the land, described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said land shall vest in The Dunedin City Council in fee simple and further declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Dunedin City Council by transfer to Her Majesty the Queen as a government purpose (wildlife management) reserve under the Reserves Act 1977.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT—DUNEDIN CITY

3545 square metres, more or less, being Lot 15, D.P. 6281, Block VII, Otago Peninsula Survey District. Public Utility Reserve, section 44, Counties Amendment Act 1961.

Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director of National Parks and Reserves of the Department of Lands and Survey hereby authorises the exchange of that part of the Mangawhai Heads Domain Recreation Reserve described in the First Schedule hereto, for the land, described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Declaration That Private Land Shall be Protected Private Land
