Declaring Stopped Road to be Disposed of in Block V, Opoe Survey District, Mangonui County

Pursuant to section 117 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the stopped road described in the Schedule hereto to be disposed of as follows:

(i) Sections 148, 149 and 152, Block V, Opoe Survey District, shall vest in Frank Steve Matich and Vijekoslav George Matich of Waiharara, farmers;

(ii) Section 151, Block V, Opoe Survey District, shall vest in Peter Melvyn Sole of Waiharara, carrier, subject to mortgage No. 895471.2;

(iii) Section 150, Block V, Opoe Survey District, shall vest in Mate Yelavich and Company Ltd. at Kaitaia, subject to mortgage No. 312418.2 and 962591.2;

(iv) Section 153, Block V, Opoe Survey District, shall vest in Joseph Milich of Waiharara, farmer, subject to statutory land charge 993752.1 and mortgage No. B256770.4;

(v) Section 154, Block V, Opoe Survey District, shall vest in Ivan Steve Stanicich of Waiharara, farmer.

Land Declared to be Road and Road Stopped in Block XV, Orahiri Survey District and Block III, Otanake Survey District, Waimo District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Waimo District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and further declares the stopped road firstly described now known as Section 23, Village of Te Kuiti, Block III, Otanake Survey District, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 7A/807, subject to memoranda of mortgage H. 350949.3 and H. 552147.2 and caveat H. 107357, South Auckland Land Registry.
