Pursuant to sections 20 and 153 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for limited access road, which has become road, limited access road and State highway and vested in the Crown on the 7th day of August 1986.

Pursuant to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Porirua City Council on the 7th day of August 1986.

Revoking a Notice Declaring Road to be Stopped and Vested in Block XIV, Mangahao Survey District, Eketahuna County

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby revokes the notice dated the 15th day of July 1985 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 18 July 1985 No. 132 at page 3052 declaring road to be stopped and vested.

Land Declared to be Road and Road Stopped in the Silverpeaks County

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in the Silverpeaks County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and declares that:

(i) The areas marked ‘E’ and ‘D’ on the plan shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 7D/4.

(ii) The area marked ‘F’ on the plan shall be incorporated in Renewable Lease No. 1325 recorded in certificate of title No. 98/39 held from Her Majesty the Queen by Alexander D. Matheson Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Dunedin.
