IN the declaration with the above heading dated the 5th day of May 1986 published in New Zealand Gazette of 8 May 1986, No. 69 at page 1982, for the area of 1.1612 hectares shown for the land fiftly described in the Third Schedule, read “0.1612”, which figures appear in the original declaration signed for the Minister of Works and Development.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 175D of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby vests in The Thames - Coromandel District Council the land described in the Schedule below, which land was authorised for reclamation by an Order in Council dated 5 August 1968*, such land to be vested as a reserve for public use.
SCHEDULE
ALL that part bed of Whitianga Harbour, being Section 18, situated in Block X, Otama Survey District, South Auckland Land District, containing 3718 square metres, as shown on plan M.D. 16386. (S.O. 44448).
The District Land Registrar is hereby authorised to make such entries in his Register as are necessary to give effect to this Order.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to sections 10 and 11 of the Electric Power Boards Act 1925, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
-
Title and commencement—(1) This order may be cited as the Marlborough Electric Power Board Representation Order 1986.
(2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the Gazette. -
Application—(1) This order shall apply in respect of the triennial election of members of the Marlborough Electric Power Board to be held on the 11th day of October 1986, and every subsequent election of any member or members of that Board.
(2) Notwithstanding the revocation of the orders specified in clause 6 of this order, those orders shall apply in respect of any election before the 1986 triennial general election as if this order had not been made. -
Combined districts—Where the names of 2 or more constituent districts within the district of the Marlborough Electric Power Board are shown bracketed together in the first column of the First Schedule to this order, those constituent districts are hereby combined into a combined district for the purpose of the election of representatives on the Board of that district.
