Leasehold Interest in Land Acquired for Government Office
Accommodation in the City of Manukau

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect
having been entered into, the leasehold interest in the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for Government office
accommodation and shall vest in the Crown on the 17th day of
July 1986.

the right to convey water and lead gas and methanol created by transfer

327267.2, for a gas metering station, and shall vest in the Crown
