Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for State housing purposes.

Land Declared to be Road and Road Stopped in the Southland County

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in The Southland County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and declares that:

(i) The area marked ‘B’ on S.O. Plan 10133 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 161, folio 148.

(ii) The area marked ‘C’ on S.O. Plan 10134 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 161, folio 147.

(iii) The area marked ‘A’ on S.O. Plan 10135 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 110, folio 285.

(iv) The area marked ‘C’ on S.O. Plan 10137 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 125, folio 133.

Amending a Declaration Acquiring Land in Strathallan County for Road

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 9th day of April 1986, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 17 April 1986, No. 54 at page 1579, declaring land to be acquired for road in Strathallan County, by deleting the Schedule therein and substituting the following Schedule.
