PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land firstly described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired, subject to the fencing agreement contained in transfer 352343 and the land secondly described is hereby acquired subject to the fencing agreement created by transfer 641108, to the right of way created by transfer 663236 and to the water easement in gross created by transfer 642519 and together with the right of way easement created by transfer 663236 for office accommodation (Department of Agriculture and Fisheries) and shall vest in the Crown on the 10th day of July 1986.
