Land Acquired for Road in Block IV A, Turanganui Survey District, Cook County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Crown on the 3rd day of July 1986 and pursuant to section 11 (1A) of the National Roads Act 1953 shall form part of State Highway No. 35.

PURSUANT to sections 20 and 153 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is acquired for limited access road and has become road, limited access road, and State highway and vested in the Crown on the 3rd day of July 1986.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:
