PURSUANT to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares the land described in the First
Schedule hereto to be road and vested in the Crown and pursuant
to section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works
and Development declares the land described in the Second Schedule
hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Road Stopped and Amalgamated in Block IVA, Turanganui

PURSUANT to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981,
the Minister of Works and Development declares the part of road
described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped, and declares the
stopped road (now known as Section 6, Block IVA, Turanganui
Survey District) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate
of title 2A/953, subject to mortgage 158798.2.

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect
having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Crown on the 3rd
day of July 1986 and pursuant to section 11 (1A) of the National
Roads Act 1953 shall form part of State Highway No. 35.
