Cancelling a Notice Declaring Land to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 265 (3) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, The Most Reverend Sir Paul Alfred Reeves, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the notice describing the land in the Schedule hereto as being Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 and published in the New Zealand Gazette on 15 August 1985, No. 151, page 3506, is hereby cancelled.
