The Traffic (Pahiatua County) Notice No. 1, 1985
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, Carne Maurice Clissold, Chief Traffic Engineer, give the following notice:
NOTICE
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Pahiatua County) Notice No. 1, 1985.
The road specified in the Schedule is declared to be a 70 kilometres an hour speed limit area pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.
SCHEDULE
Situated within Pahiatua County at Mangamaire:
Tutaekara Road: from a point 50 metres measured easterly, generally, along the said road from Mangamaire Road to a point 100 metres measured westerly, generally, along the said road from the Wellington to Woodville Railway.

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, Carne Maurice Clissold, Chief Traffic Engineer, give the following notice:
NOTICE
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Kairanga County) Notice No. 1, 1985.
The road specified in the Schedule is declared to be a 70 kilometres an hour speed limit area pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.
The notice under section 3 of the Motor Vehicles Amendment Act 1936, dated the 10th day of June 1941*, which relates to the Palmerston North - Himatangi Main Highway No. 832 within Kairanga County, is revoked.
The notice under section 3 of the Motor Vehicles Amendment Act 1936, dated the 20th day of October 1941† which relates to Milson's Line - Main Highway No. 513 within Kairanga County, is revoked.
The notice under section 36 of the Transport Act 1949, dated the 4th day of May 1951‡, which relates to College Street within Kairanga County, is revoked.
The notice under section 36 of the Transport Act 1949, dated the 18th day of December 1961§, which relates to Maxwells Line within Kairanga County adjacent to Palmerston North City, is revoked.
SCHEDULE
Situated within Kairanga County adjacent to Palmerston North City:
No. 1 Line: from the boundary with Palmerston North City to a point 580 metres measured westerly, generally, along the said road from the said boundary.

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, Carne Maurice Clissold, Chief Traffic Engineer, give the following notice:
NOTICE
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Bay of Islands County) Notice No. 1, 1985.
The roads specified in the First Schedule are declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
The road specified in the Second Schedule is declared to be a 70 kilometres an hour speed limit area pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.
The Traffic (Bay of Islands County) Notice No. 1, 1977, dated the 17th day of May 1977* and the Traffic (Bay of Islands County) Notice No. 1, 1978, dated the 6th day of March 1978†, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976 are revoked.
So much of the Traffic (Bay of Islands County) Notice No. 2, 1974, dated the 23rd day of April 1974‡, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956, which relates to Franklin Street, situated within Bay of Islands County at Opua, is revoked.
