Revocation of a Notice Relating to a Reserve and Issue of Fresh Notice

Pursuant to section 6(3) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands, acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Lands, hereby revokes the notice for the Authorisation of the Exchange of a Reserve for Other Land dated 9 April 1985 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 18 April 1985, No. 69, page 1662.

Authorisation of the Exchange of a Reserve for Other Land

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977 and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby authorises the exchange of the reserve, described in the First Schedule hereto, for the land, described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—TAURANGA COUNTY

12.4567 hectares, more or less, being part Tumu Kaituna 5B Block, situated in Block V, Te Tumu Survey District. All certificate of title, 343/243. Part New Zealand Gazette, 1982, page 2916.

SECOND SCHEDULE

12.4000 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1, L.T.S. 37343, situated in Block V, Te Tumu Survey District. Part certificate of title 274/5.

Classification of Reserve and Union of the Reserve with Part of the Port Waikato Sand Dunes Recreation Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve, described in the First Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act, and further, declares that on and after the date of publication of this notice, the parts of the reserves described in the Schedules hereto, shall be united to form one reserve to be known as the Port Waikato Sand Dunes Recreation Reserve.

Classification and Naming of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve, for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(a) of the Reserves Act 1977, subject to the provisions of the said Act and further, declares that the said reserve shall hereafter be known as the Adderley Head Scenic Reserve.
