CHRISTCHURCH CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
NOTICE is hereby given that the Christchurch City Council proposes to take under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1981 all that parcel of land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of a public road pursuant to the provisions of section 322 of the Local Government Act 1974. The taking is considered essential for the safe and convenient realignment of Hoon Hay Road in accordance with the Council’s operative district scheme.
Any person having an estate or interest in the land may forward a written objection to the Registrar, Planning Tribunal, Tribunals Division, Justice Department, Private Bag, Postal Centre, Wellington, on or before 30 June 1985.
SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
All that parcel of land situated in the City of Christchurch, containing 1308 square metres or thereabouts, being Lot 6 on Deposited Plan 5421 and being all of the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 3A, folio 589.
The above description refers to a rectangular shaped parcel of land situated at 14 Hoon Hay Road.
