having its registered office at 24 Khyber Pass Road, Auckland:

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the
above-named company by Noel William Signal by the High Court
was, on the 10th day of May 1985, presented to the said Court by
NOEL WILLIAM SIGNAL, of Wellington, clothing manufacturer; and
that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting
at Auckland on the 19th day of June 1985 at 10 o’clock in the
forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company
desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said
petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his
counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished
by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said
company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for
the same.

of COMANCO MANAGEMENT LIMITED, a duly incorporated
company having its registered office at Christchurch:

NOTICE is hereby given:

  1. The High Court of New Zealand at Christchurch has, on the
    25th day of March 1985, made an order confirming the reduction
    of the share capital of Comanco Management Limited to $4,000
    comprising 4000 fully paid shares of $1 each.

  2. That pursuant to the said order the sum of $230,000 being the
    amount by which the capital of the company has been reduced is
    available for distribution to shareholders of the company from the
    capital and reserves account.

  3. Sealed copy of the said order was registered with the Assistant
    Registrar of Companies at Christchurch on the 15th day of April
