PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

1. Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in The Lake County Council.

2. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and declares that:

(a) The area marked “F” on S.O. Plan 19318 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 5B/80.

(b) The area marked “G” on S.O. Plan 19318 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 5B/81.

Land Acquired for Road, Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped and Land Taken in the County of Pohangina

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Pohangina County Council on the 2nd day of May 1985.

(b) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be road and shall vest in the said Council.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Third to the Tenth Schedules hereto (inclusive) to be stopped and declares that:

(i) The areas described in the Third Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 12D/1133, subject to memoranda of mortgage 490566.2, 947154, 171105.1 and 064581.2.

(ii) The areas described in the Fourth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 251, folio 162, subject to memoranda of mortgage 644485.5, 644485.6, 644485.7 and 644485.8.

(iii) The areas described in the Fifth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 251, folio 155, subject to memoranda of mortgage 298689.2, 984831 and 063637.1.

(iv) The areas described in the Sixth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 469, folio 248, subject to memoranda of mortgage 335742.3 and 402150.4.

(v) The areas described in the Seventh Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 467, folio 166, subject to memorandum of mortgage 402150.4.

(vi) The area described in the Eighth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, No. 21C/829, subject to memorandum of mortgage 402150.4.

(vii) The areas described in the Ninth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 251, folio 226, subject to memorandum of mortgage 269891.1.

(viii) The areas described in the Tenth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 554, folio 151, subject to memorandum of mortgage 269891.1.

(d) Declares the land described in the Eleventh to the Fifteenth Schedules hereto (inclusive) to be taken under section 119 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981 and declares that:

(i) The areas described in the Eleventh Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 251, folio 162, subject to memoranda of mortgage 644485.5, 644485.6, 644485.7 and 644485.8.

(ii) The area described in the Twelfth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 251, folio 155, subject to memoranda of mortgage 298689.2, 984831 and 063637.1.

(iii) The areas described in the Thirteenth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 469, folio 248, subject to memoranda of mortgage 335742.3 and 402150.4.

(iv) The area described in the Fourteenth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 467, folio 166, subject to memorandum of mortgage 402150.4.

(v) The area described in the Fifteenth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 554, folio 151, subject to memorandum of mortgage 269891.1.
